Most Gaja Love items are custom-made and require 2 to 3 weeks to source, cut, sew & ship. However, many orders are shipping within 1.5 weeks of order plus delivery. If you are in need of an item faster, please email us PRIOR to ordering at orders {at} gajalove.com and we may be able to accommodate you depending on material on-hand.

To check the status of your order at any time, simply sign into your account at gajalove.com and select order history.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and OCCASIONALLY items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. We do our best to keep inventories accurate on our website based on materials on-hand, but on occasion we receive multiple orders simultaneously which forces backorders. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

P.O. BOXES & STORES

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail only. Overnight and Express delivery options are unavailable at this time. 

NON-U.S. ADDRESSES

We ship to all U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and many international countries. Please see below.

PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not our fault or a reflection on our level of dedication to our customers. If any packaged are undeliverable or returned to sender we will invoice for re-shipping.

{INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS}

International orders are averaging 5-12 business days for delivery in addition to the schedule listed above. This depends on your country as well. {We cannot control customs delays and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages }. If you want to add insurance to your order please contact us prior to purchasing.

International package IDs are NOT tracking numbers, just a parcel number. It will most likely show as being in Seattle WA if you try to track it as this is the International postal hub. If you want a tracking ID it will need to ship FedEx or UPS which is about 4x the cost.

We will ship to the ship to address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
