TURN AROUND TIME

All of our outfits are handcrafted and made by us special for your loved one. Each order takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks to source, cut, sew, package & ship. We are often times faster, but want to set the right expectations.

We do have a 'cut the line' option in our cart where for $10 we can expedite the fabrication of your order (not expedited shipping).

SIZING

We follow standard sizing for all our outfits, however, because we custom-make all our apparel feel free to reach out to us for any specific sizing concerns. We’ll be happy to make your outfit to spec. Please email us at orders {at} gajalove.com BEFORE placing your order online so we know once your order is placed that we need to make the appropriate adjustments.

ORDER CHARGES

Because all orders are custom-made, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock (which is rare), we will notify you of any potential delays and will be happy to issue a refund for that item if we haven’t begun any work on it. Shipping charges and taxes will be adjusted accordingly. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order (then feel free to feel great about helping out the Gaja!).

BACKORDERS

Sometimes an item is so popular it gets sold quickly (like our Elephant Rompers!). Other times we’re lovingly putting on its finishing touches. Either way, you can still place your order and we promise to get it to you ASAP; if it’ll be on backorder longer than two weeks, we can issue a refund. We know when you love something, you shift into Can’t-Wait-to-Get-It mode. We heart your patience and excitement.

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item ships, you will receive an email with the details. The number may not show or be updated within the USPS system even though it has shipped. Rest easy that your order is on its way. We cannot refund for expedited shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you’d like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Delivery for international orders varies by country but takes an average of 5-12 business days. Please note we cannot control customs delays and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ship direct to Canada, Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom. For all other countries please set up an account with Shipito We ship direct to them and Shipito forwards to you, all insured! 

Once your international package has shipped, you’ll receive an ID number. This is NOT a tracking number, but a parcel number that often shows as being in Seattle WA, even when it’s well on it way to you. This is because Seattle is the International postal hub. If you’d like a tracking ID, we can ship via FedEx or UPS, however shipping costs will increase considerably. Can we just add that we love you for being a Gaja Lover across oceans?

DELIVERY

We ship to the ship to address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Take a glance or two and double check your address is right.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS + CODES

We will on occasion run flash sales, who doesn't love a fun sale? Because our sales are only temporary, not a permanent price change, we are unable to honor any price adjustments. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase; no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.
